Surgical Mask Frame v2
prusaprinters

Surgical masks are easy to find but offer limited protection. One of the issues is air going through the gaps to the side of your nose, cheeks and chin. Use this frame to better fit the surgical mask to your face, closing those gaps.

I tried printing in different materials: PLA, PP, ABS, PETG. They all seem to work well but the PP is too malleable and doesn't fit as tight as the others.

Printing time is 9 minutes @0.3mm. Printing at 200% speed cuts that down to 6 minutes on my PRUSA MK3.

Stay safe!

Print instructions

Version shown is PLA at 0.3mm layer resolution.
