Surgical Mask Ergonomic Head Strap

This design was inspired by something similar produced by Creality, a company known for its innovative products. Having printed and tested their version, I realized it had too much 3D geometry that could potentially trap viruses or bacteria, making it less effective as a protective face mask. Furthermore, the original design sat too far down the neck, causing strain on the top of my ear from the mask's elastic. To address these issues, this new design sits comfortably on the crown of the head and features an extended tab for easier removal. Sent to NHS staff for testing, it received overwhelmingly positive responses after a 6-hour shift period.
