Changes made include scaling the design to 7 3/4 inches in length, making it slightly longer than the original, removing some tabs as most users only found the first two useful, and adding custom text for sports teams, schools, and hospitals. If you're a hospital or organization that needs specific text on your ear saver, simply post a request in the comments and I'll get to work on it. I check the comments regularly and will upload the file as soon as possible. To print these designs, use PLA or PETG material with a layer height of 0.30 and no fill. Crank up the print speed, as these can be a bit sloppy; I typically print ten in under two hours. If you're printing for healthcare workers, please keep your print bed clean each time, wear gloves if possible, and store the finished product in sealed containers. Best practice is to let the sealed items sit for at least one day before delivering them to a hospital, and always ask permission before printing.
