I design laser cuttable adjustable surgical mask ear savers that can be crafted from acrylic or plastic. These ear savers are precision-cut to provide maximum comfort during extended wear periods. I recently experimented with cutting 2 mm cast acrylic sheets, and was able to produce a remarkable 69 individual ear savers from just an 8x10" sheet. The nurses at my wife's hospital were incredibly enthusiastic about these ear savers, praising their ease of use and gentle design.
