Human: The Surgical Mask Ear Saver is a clever accessory designed to alleviate ear discomfort caused by wearing surgical masks for extended periods. A 3D printable version as well as a DXF cut path for Laser Cutting are available, making it easy to produce this innovative solution in your own workshop or studio. We fabricate these prototypes from high-quality 1/16" ABS plastic sheets and then heat them up in a pot of boiling water before carefully shaping them over the rim of a coffee mug to create a snug, curved surface that perfectly cradles the ear.
