Surgical Filter in 3M Mask (3200)

I strive to craft a cartridge that extends the lifespan of surgical mask filters. The diameter of these filters typically measures around 70mm. This cartridge boosts the surface area (70mm in diameter) of the surgical filter, enhancing its electrostatic filtration efficiency. As the surface area expands, air flow rates through the filter decrease, resulting in superior virus capture via electrostatic means. The adaptor is modeled after Fishpo's design for a 3M 3200 gas mask custom filter adapter, as posted on February 12, 2020. I have modified this setup, and I extend my gratitude to Fishpo for sharing their work.
