Surgical Airway Trainer
thingiverse
The revised model of the University of Dundee Larynx is a specialized version designed specifically for use as an Emergency Surgical Airway part task trainer. A key feature of this model is its skeletonized epiglottis and vocal cords, which have been deliberately removed to facilitate training. Additionally, the cricothyroid aperture has been enlarged to provide a more realistic simulation of the airway anatomy. Thus far, I've successfully printed these models using PolyFlex, resulting in high-quality replicas that are ideal for medical training purposes.
