Surfboard
thingiverse
I designed this surfboard as a party favor for my son's second birthday party. To customize it like in the image, add some horizontal text in this font ([link](https://www.1001fonts.com/pacifico-font.html)) and then do a 1mm cut into the board. I printed the board with iSANMATE wood filament (which is 20% wood and 80% PLA+) to get the real surfboard look-and-feel I was hoping for. Using Cura to slice with standard settings (0.2mm layer height, 20% infill, 50mm/s speed), this print took about 2.5 hours and used 18g of filament. **EDIT 7/10/2021** I added a version of the surfboard with a sun design. The sun design itself is printed as an insert to allow for a color change to provide a cool contrast look.
