Surface Pro 4 VJ Live Support (Active Cooling)

Surface Pro 4 VJ Live Support (Active Cooling)

thingiverse

I just created a custom stand for my Surface Pro that integrates a fan for improved cooling, especially when running high-resolution applications. My first prototype was a success - everything worked as expected. However, I didn't include the fan duct yet; any suggestions for modifications would be appreciated. To enhance usability, I added a support for a trust hub to provide additional USB ports. After testing, it performed well, but there's one area that needs improvement: the angle is too vertical and the surface Pro contact point requires a rubberized coating for a secure grip. The cooling system functions efficiently, utilizing a 12-volt fan operating on 5 volts. In the future, I plan to refine the design and make it possible to connect my Akai LP8 controller. Any ideas or recommendations are welcome. Thanks!
