My Surface Pro is overheating causing the screen to flicker, also it has gone beyond its warranty period. Here's a speedy fix until I get my hands on a new Ryzen 7 machine. Things you'll need: 1. Two 60 mm DC Fans, as quiet as possible, mine are 26dBs and they can be a bit annoying 2. A 7 mm diameter aluminum tube or something similar in shape 3. Four M3 screws to secure everything in place 4. Either a USB cable or some quick connector to power the fans Fusion 360 files are included, feel free to modify them as you see fit
