I designed and uploaded Vitting's project on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:589647) and it functioned flawlessly for me except for one minor issue: an end cap holding the power supply snapped off. Despite that, I managed to use it without major problems until the cable clip on the charge cable itself broke, rendering Vitting's device useless. Since Microsoft didn't live up to Apple's standards with their charge cable clip design, I created a remix featuring a built-in clip on the bottom. The redesigned part is slightly thicker all around and consists of one single piece. Please note that regardless of printing settings, support will be necessary to ensure successful prints. I chose to print mine with 100% ABS infill to maximize strength. However, keep in mind that the bar holding the power supply might require some flexibility, making PLA potentially unsuitable for this design.
