Surface Finish Calibration Test Shape

Surface Finish Calibration Test Shape

If you're dealing with issues related to uneven surface finish on items featuring curved surfaces, this calibration shape is designed to provide a quick print shape that includes various surfaces for testing purposes. I created this as an alternative to the standard 20 x 20 x 10 calibration cube. UPDATE (February 7th, 2013) New Slic3r Config files have been added for the Replicator 2. However, it's still necessary to use ReplicatorG to load the sliced gcode files and export them as x3g for printing purposes. To access the installation guide, scroll down to the Instructions section below. I've recently introduced a new 340 micron profile that allows for quick printing, along with a new 340 ZERO FILL feature, which simplifies creating Stretchlet Bracelets like emmett's (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13505). Version 6 profiles have been adjusted to accommodate the new 7.0 firmware. Furthermore, I've documented all key changes made in these profiles, enabling you to understand what modifications were made and why. Feel free to experiment by tweaking the settings if needed.
