It is a left and right set of bumpers for Surface Duo. ・Assuming TPU filament. ・Because it is 15cm x 15cm in size that can be printed with a 3D printer, it is about 1mm smaller than the genuine bumper. The right bumper has no back part so that the Surface Duo goes into single-sided mode when folded backwards. ・There is a hole for attaching a strap on the lower left corner of the left bumper. ・Attach with double-sided tape. I used Nichiban's double-sided tape for leather, rubber, and plastic. After attaching the double-sided tape to the Surface Duo, peel off the release paper and press the bumper to make it easier to paste. ・I also attach the data of the charging port cap. Please paste it with double-sided tape as well. <Print configuration> ・Extruder Temperature 220℃ ・Platform Temperature 50℃ Layer Height ・Layer Height: 0.30mm ・First Layer Height: 0.30mm Speed ・Base Print Speed: 20mm/s ・Travel Speed: 10mm/s ・Minimum Speed: 5mm/s ・First layer Maximum Speed: 5mm/s ・First layer Maximum Travel Speed: 10mm/s Since no support material is used, the overhanging area at the top of the printed material is delicate and may not print well. The stl file is adjusted so that the overhangs of the top two layers are evenly spaced when converted to a gx file with the print settings of my environment. <Caution> If stringiness by TPU occurs near the button, it may interfere with the button and cause unstable operation. Surface Duo 用バンパーの左右セットです。 ・TPUフィラメントを想定しています。 ・15cm x 15cmの3Dプリンタでもプリントできるサイズにしているため、純正のバンパーより1mmほど小さいです。 ・逆に折った際にSurface Duoが片面モードになるよう、右側のバンパーに背面の部分はありません。 ・左側のバンパーの左下にはストラップをつけるための穴があります。 ・両面テープで貼り付けてください。私はニチバンの皮革・ゴム・プラスチック用両面テープを使用しました。両面テープをSurface Duoに貼り付けた後で剥離紙をはがし、バンパーを押し付けるときれいに貼りやすいです。 ・充電用ポートのキャップのデータも添付します。同じく両面テープで貼り付けてください。 ＜印刷設定＞ ・ヘッド温度　220℃ ・プラットフォーム温度　50℃ 積層ピッチ ・積層ピッチ　0.30mm ・モデル一層目の厚み　0.30mm スピード ・樹脂を押し出し中の速度　20mm/s ・樹脂を出していない時の速度　10mm/s ・樹脂押し出し時の最低速度　5mm/s ・一層目の最大速度　5mm/s ・一層目の最大移動速度　10mm/s サポート材を使用しない関係で、印刷物上部の張り出し部分がデリケートで、うまく印刷できない場合もあります。 stlファイルは、自分の環境の印刷設定でgxファイルに変換した際にちょうど最上面二層の張り出しが等間隔になるように調整しています。 ＜注意＞ TPUによる糸引きがボタン近辺で発生すると、ボタンと干渉して動作が不安定になる場合があります。その場合はカッターナイフなどで取り除いてください。
