This stand enables your Surface Book to stand upright, even when equipped with both the power cable and a display port cable. The cables can be conveniently routed either to the front or back of the stand. In the accompanying photos, you'll notice them positioned at the front and passed through a 16mm diameter carbon fibre tube. However, if you prefer, you can bypass the tube altogether and simply secure the stand using its two screw holes located at the bottom for 4mm flat heads. Please take note that the display port cable might vary in size, so it's advisable to measure yours first or modify the design with Meshmixer accordingly. The power cable is designed for a snug fit, thanks to its snap-in mechanism, and can be removed easily if needed. This feature comes in handy when traveling with your laptop, allowing you to take the power brick along for safekeeping.
