This Matlab script converts a two-variable function into a printable solid by adding walls and a base. Two scripts are available for cartesian and polar cylindrical coordinates, customizable with parameters such as wall height and object scale. To print the output, use Bill McDonald's surf2stl.m function from MathWorks File Exchange. Matlab is not free; consider Octave as an alternative.
