I built a helmet mount specifically for my Surefire Helmet Light HL1-C, ensuring it would be a seamless fit. To get it right, simply print the object vertically and use hexagon infill to achieve maximum strength. I opted for Z-ULTRAT filament, which proved to be an excellent choice. After printing was complete, a fresh coat of paint brought everything together.
