Surefire G2 Tailcap Cover
thingiverse
This is a cover for the tailcap area of the Surefire G2 flashlight. It will keep you from accidentally activating the push button switch on the tailcap if you have the flashlight in a bag/pouch/pocket etc... I tested this specifically on a G2X but I'd expect it will work on any G2. If you have a different model please add comments about compatibility (good or bad) in the comments. This is assuming you have the pushbutton tailcap, if you've replaced with a remote style tailcap (or anything else) this won't work as it's just a cap designed to slide over the back end of the flashlight. I'd expect different filament and printers have slightly different tolerances or shrinking while cooling so if the cap is a little tight or loose when you print (mine has just a touch of interference fit to make it slide in with minimal force but feel secure) you can scale up or down a small (emphasis on SMALL, I can't imagine you'd be off by more than 0.5 mm either way) amount and reprint. The outside diameter on the G2X I have is a touch under 25.5 mm so that's what I set the inside diameter of the larger ring for.
