This 3D model originated in Sketchup 8 and seamlessly transformed into all other formats thereafter. Native format remains .skp, while the 3ds Max scene runs on 2016 version, with rendering facilitated by Vray 3.00 Sometimes a specific aspect of the original suburban house did not meet expectations. A notably lengthy hallway stood out in the initial design. To rectify this issue, I reversed the layout, renovated the bedroom side from scratch, and rebooted the project entirely. By relocating the laundry area to the previously occupied bedroom side, I converted the space into a well-equipped pantry and ample coat closet. This redesign successfully balances both front and rear facades of the house, increasing its width by 8 feet while keeping it relatively shorter in depth. As part of this update, the office has moved into what was formerly the middle bedroom, boasting an impressive paneled accent wall as a design centerpiece. Meanwhile, the master bedroom showcases elegantly placed soffit uplites to add subtle yet impactful illumination.
