Replace the under-seat pan on your sur-ron/segway bike with a new one. The rear light now has two convenient attachment points - one at its original position and another strategically located at the rear rack point. Two pairs of slots, one on each side, allow you to pass straps through to secure various items. Alternatively, small cases like nanuk 903 can be directly screwed onto the bike.
