This is a mount for a wireless brake light from amazon. This connects under the set of a Sur Ron X and utilized the mounts that the seat is using. Try to print without support since support is kinda a pia getting out of the channel. In the images you might notice I had to sand the part, this model shouldnt have the problem as I fixed it and didnt want to reprint. Remove under seat cover. Remove 2 nuts holding the seat on Attach this mount.
