Educational model of an airgun moderator designed specifically as a functional engineering prototype. Files should be printed in a vertical position, just like the renders demonstrate. Supports are necessary, but most of them can be found on the outside of the monocore and easily detached. A minimal number may still be present internally, which can be effortlessly removed with tweezers. Thread pitches utilized are 1/2-28 and 1 1/16-20. Dimensions: 30mm outer diameter / 160mm overall length / 6.5mm inner diameter / 150mm tube length. Update 11/4/18; the core and endcap have been updated to improve print quality and open up tolerances slightly, also strengthening a potentially brittle area. The original files remain available, but ensure you are using the most recent updates. Update 11/10/18: outdated files have been removed to prevent confusion regarding current file versions. Update 11/11/18: the core file has been updated with added durability to fragile areas.
