This fully functional air rifle suppressor is extremely efficient, outperforming the stock Air Arms suppressor on my AA 410 TDR by nearly twice its effectiveness. Its universal design should fit most Air Arms rifles as they share the same suppressor fitments. The 1/2" UNF variant is compatible with any rifle featuring this thread size. Fully balanced baffles ensure zero pellet deflection, providing a stable and consistent shooting experience. You can print the entire unit in one go using the Silencer.stl file or split it into two parts: the front and rear sections, then glue or weld them together. ABS is recommended for stability and strength, but PLA will also work, allowing you to use either Acetone or MEK for solvent welding. For the 1/2" UNF version, print SilencerRear and SilencerFront_UNF separately and weld them together carefully, aligning the internal square sections. The initial expansion volume is located around the outside of the rear section to maximize available space. This suppressor should work with .177 rifles without modification, but a 1mm reduction in through hole diameter may be necessary for optimal performance. If you try it on a .177 rifle, please share your experience. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Pursa V3 Rafts: Any configuration will work. Supports: No supports are needed; print solid and upright with the large diameter facing down to ensure proper alignment. Post-Printing: After printing, use an 8mm twist drill to clean up any debris or material strands in the pellet path. You'll also need to drill and tap a hole for a grub screw to attach it to an Air Arms rifle or tap the 1/2" UNF thread. For the AA version, a 11.5mm hole is already modeled; for the 1/2" UNF variant, you'll need to create this hole. Before welding or gluing the halves together, clean up any lumps or bumps on the faces and use a straight edge to check alignment. If needed, place the halves in a right-angle section to ensure proper alignment during assembly.
