I'm supporting vents for Olsson Block with independent adjustment of each vent fan. I built this setup using a central Teflon piece. If you want to make it entirely with 3D printing, it must withstand heat. So XT or better if you have. A solution is also to cover the internal walls with aluminum adhesive tape high-temperature that can be found in hardware stores (Thanks Darkdvd!). Another solution I adopted: I removed the legs of the support and replaced them with epoxy legs. Less problem with deformation due to heat. Take the file "Vent Fan Support without Leg" and the plan of the 2 epoxy plates.
