Support to mount a EZStruder as direct drive on a BI V2.5
thingiverse
This mount effectively bears the weight of the motor and secures it in place on the effector using just one zip tie. The extruder is cleverly linked to my E3D-V6 via a brief segment of Teflon tube positioned at the front. The current setup has consistently delivered impressive results, far surpassing expectations in several instances. Printing with this setup rarely pushes past 100% capacity due to vibrations caused by filling small areas. Flexible filaments can be successfully printed for users capable of switching effectors, making this configuration an ideal solution.
