Thanks @arjanus for the sweet build! I tweaked the design and made some modifications so that changing the major diameter in the top-level sketch would ripple down through the entire drawing, keeping everything neat and tidy. I tested it between 28 and 32mm, but only printed at 32mm, where it fit like a glove - the dowel even gave a satisfying pop when it went into place! To use this design, download both the assembly and part files. Then, simply change the 'Rod Diameter' dimension to match your dowel rod's size. Rebuild the drawing, save it as an STL file, and you're good to go! If you don't have SolidWorks to make those changes yourself, just post a comment here and I or someone in the community will hook you up with a pre-made STL pack!
