Support RepRapDiscount Smart LCD for Prusa I3

This support is for RepRapDiscount Smart LCD, originally designed for use with an i3 Prusa, but modified to fit the frame rather than being mounted on threaded rods. A key factor in making this change was the fact that standard kit cables are often too short to mount the unit securely to the bars. The entire part is printed using PLA, and has a layer height of 0.2mm.
