I created this wall-mounted switch cover via Fusion 360 for my son. I made sure the lid is in transparent PLA to house LEDs as it was a nightlight project. For my project, I installed a round switch but you can modify it to your liking based on the material you have. For the design of the lid, I drew a Moon shape, but you can also customize it according to your taste. For printing: Printed on Créality Ender 3 with a nozzle diameter of 0.4 and wall thickness of 1.2 (number of lines in the wall: 4). Slicer: Cura 4.3.0 Cover dimensions X:56, Y:90, Z:6. The cover has a 25% infill in gyoïde for extra solidity. It requires support due to the recess for this type of switch and also a 1mm offset for embedding in its base. The hole is 20.5 mm. Base wall dimensions X:56, Y:90, Z:33. Infill at 20% with PLA and three holes for electrical cable passage. The offset is designed to accommodate a 20x15 cable clip. You can attach it to the wall using the top and bottom holes inside the base. Assembled with 4 threaded bolts M3 or 12mm in length. You will find the file to transform on Fusion 360. I hope this helps you. Good printing!
