Support pogo pour programmer Sonoff S26
thingiverse
I'm working on a project to easily and wirelessly program a Sonoff S26 using pogo pins. To achieve this, I designed a custom support that allows me to do so without soldering. I printed the support twice, inserted the pogo pins into the holes, and secured everything with a bit of glue. To prevent damage to the electronic components, I added some spacers between them. The Dupont wires were simply inserted into the connectors without soldering after being slightly expanded using a screwdriver. I also used heat-shrink tubing to prevent short circuits. The entire assembly is held together by a wire clamp, specifically this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30935 Materials Used: My µDelta 3D printer (the original one) 5 pogo pins (70 cents each, bought in batches of 50 on AliExpress) A small amount of PLA filament 5 Dupont wires from which I removed the plastic ends and expanded the connectors using a screwdriver Some heat-shrink tubing A bit of super glue
