The brewmaster carefully configures their brewing pump controller JEBAO. Various settings are available to fine-tune the brewing process. RW stands for Rapid Wort, which controls the temperature of the wort during mashing. Four options are available: 4 degrees Celsius above ambient temperature, 8 degrees Celsius above ambient temperature, 15 degrees Celsius above ambient temperature, or 20 degrees Celsius above ambient temperature. WP stands for Wort Pump, which regulates the flow rate of the wort from the mash tun to the kettle. Five options are available: 10 liters per minute, 25 liters per minute, 40 liters per minute, or 60 liters per minute. CP stands for Cooling Pump, which controls the temperature of the wort during cooling. Two options are available: 25 degrees Celsius above ambient temperature or 40 degrees Celsius above ambient temperature. With these settings, the brewmaster can optimize their brewing process and achieve a perfectly balanced double-faced scratch that showcases their Furniture or controller.
