Support for MK3 heating plate for DiscoEasy or Discovery 200. There's a simpler way, of course; I made do with what I had on hand. Required: 4 x SupportHeatbed_P1 4 x SupportHeatbed_P2 4 x Springs (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-Spring-For-3D-Printer-Extruder-Heated-Bed-Nickel/32372359733.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.0.tG5PM5) 4 x M3x40 Screws (or 45mm) 4 x M3x12 Screws (or 16mm) 8 x M3 Nuts 8 x M4 Nuts Print Settings: Printer: Dagoma DiscoEasy 200 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 / 0.2 Infill: 30 Post-Printing Preparation: Print a P2 piece to center your drillings on the original aluminum plate. Drill holes at all four corners. It will also be necessary to slightly chamfer your plate at all four corners. Assembly: Print P1 and P2 pieces, Attach P2 to the original plate Attach your plate to the heating plate support of your printer Insert an M4 nut into each P2 piece Insert a spring Insert an M4 nut into each P1 piece Insert P1 onto each spring Place your MK3 heating plate Insert an M3 x 40 screw with a washer on top Tighten the nut with washer Repeat at all four corners Check the parallelism of the heating plate using a comparator CAUTION: Do not compress the springs too much, as this can deform your plate.
