Support for letters, numbers, signs and symbols

This model is composed of a set of 204 elements; (support, letters, numbers, signs, symbols and spaces) with which we can make our own name holders or price holders. All parts can be printed in different colors and materials. Letters, numbers, signs and symbols can be scaled and used in any other way. The download contains: Folder_"STL LETTERS - NUMBERS-SIGNS - SYMBOLS": 1 Set of letters "A to Z", numbers, signs and symbols.(All have an original thickness of 2mm. Some are made up of two parts, due to their size, I recommend printing several at a time (they print very fast) and using tweezers to glue them together) The smallest component is the "." measures 3x3x2mm thick. Folder_"STL BASES": 1 Set of bases for each type (letters, numbers, signs and symbols are pasted here). 1 Set of plain bases 21,18,15,15,12,9,6mm wide (used as dividers). Folder_"STL SUPPORT-SHAFT". 1 Support assembly (1 right side cover , 1 left side cover and 92mm long x-axis support bar). Folder_"STL BASES COMPLETE": 1 Set of complete parts; bases+letters, numbers, signs and symbols. These parts are intended to be able to paint them directly. 1 Image of the whole set and another with the most significant measurements. All parts are oriented so that they do not need supports except for the complete parts. The complete bases can be printed as they are oriented without supports, depending on how our printer solves the bridges, in my case I preferred to add them in the hexagonal gap so that they slide correctly. To assemble everything I recommend following these steps: 1º.- Print the letters and the bases that we are going to need to compose our text. 2º.- The letters, numbers, signs and symbols must be glued on the corresponding bases (the bases have a small recess to be able to place the letters, numbers, signs and symbols centered). 3º.- Put together all the bases we are going to use, according to the composition we have chosen, and measure* the total width. 4.- *To print the bottom bar of the support we must add 8 mm to the total width of the bases and scale it on the x-axis (in the laminator we use) to get the total width. These 8 millimeters correspond to the width needed to hold the side covers (4 mm for each side). 5.- Print the right and left side covers. Example: We want to form a bracket with the numbers of the year "2022" without blanks. We print: 3 numbers "2" (stl-2) 3 bases "2" (STL-BASE-2) 1 number "0" (stl-0) 1 base "0" (STL-BASE-0) 1 cover left (STL-TAPA-IZQ) 1 right-hand cover (STL-TAPA-DER) 1 bar (STL-AXIS-SOP-92MM) (This file is the one for the support bar, originally it measures 92mm on the x-axis, we must modify it to get the correct measurement we need). Putting the bases together with the numbers "2022" these measure 18mm x 4= 72mm. Here we add 72mm + 8mm = 80 mm Using a rule of 3: if 92 mm is 100% on x, 80 mm is 86.96 % mm on the x-axis . We scale the bar in the rolling mill in the x-axis to 86.96% of the original size and obtain the bar with the required dimensions for our support. Alternatively we can print a bar longer than necessary and cut it to the appropriate size. NOTE: Contains small parts, with children use with supervision. I will address any questions in the comments.
