The parts were created to support a graduated cylinder in a science fair project, specifically for measuring the volume of carbon dioxide produced by yeast fermentation. These components are compatible with a 1/2" PVC pipe, 1/4" tubing, two #17 plumbing O-rings, a 100 ml Bomex graduated cylinder, a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask, and four tie wraps. However, it was discovered that the supplied stopper was porous even when printed with 100% fill, so a rubber stopper was used for the experiment instead.
