I reworked the great support for X-Tech Brakes on M365. I discovered that the support was too narrow at the disc, which prevented it from spinning freely. This issue would likely persist even with a 110mm disc, as I have a 120mm disc and still experienced problems. To resolve this, I reduced the support's size by 2mm, ensuring perfect alignment with the original bracket. I also determined that the added support wall was insufficiently robust to provide effective support. I therefore increased its thickness by 3mm, significantly enhancing the support's stiffness and overall security. Additionally, I created more space in the support wall to accommodate rear mudguard supports, which is especially useful for users who have these components. Important note: My modifications are specifically designed for M365 Classic models. However, it's possible that the original support may fit well on Pro models, but this was not the case with my unit. If you're unsure about compatibility, I recommend exercising caution and checking your specific model before making any adjustments. Key upgrades include: - Increased space between disc and support - Thicker support wall for improved stiffness - Expanded space for rear mudguard supports Update: After using this modified support for over a month in daily riding, I've encountered no issues whatsoever. The material remains stiff and shows no signs of wear.
