Support disc for chain-driven reprap Z-axis

I use bike chain as the primary axis for my reprap, requiring a solution to keep it securely attached to the jockey wheels on the Z-axis. This challenge only arises with the Z-axis because the horizontal orientation causes the chain to sag and potentially fall off. For now, I'm relying on polymorph rings (as shown in the picture), but I'd like to make them more visually appealing. The plan is to create two of these components that can be easily clipped together without necessitating any major rebuilds. Unfortunately, the existing OpenSCAD code contains a flaw, causing the tab to be 0.95 times larger than the slot, leaving room for adjustment.
