Support disc for chain-driven reprap Z-axis
thingiverse
To maintain bike chain stability on RepRap's Z-axis, I initially used polymorph rings (as shown in the image). However, I wanted an upgraded look. Although I haven't printed these yet, the plan is for two of these parts to connect and not require any rebuilding. The OpenSCAD code ensures that the tab is 0.95 times the size of the slot, providing ample space. To install, print two and clip them around the Z-axis; secure with a nut and washer.
