For those looking to upgrade their Creality Printer like me with a sturdy bearing spool holder axis, I highly recommend trying this out! A brand-new version is in development for 2020. I've made significant improvements to the axis's rigidity and reworked its conception from a mechanical standpoint. Through trial and error, I continue to learn and refine my skills. To get started, you'll need to print two distinct pieces known as "Etau_de_bobine.stl." By taking a closer look at my FreeCAD design, you'll notice one piece on the left-hand side and another on the right-hand side, both depicted in purple. Don't discard the original nut for the spool holder just yet – it will come in handy during assembly! While printing this new part is definitely doable, I must caution that the original spool holder is actually stiffer and more reliable.
