Creation of a spool holder Position it at the top of the gantry Printing in two parts for easier printing Requires a POM wheel to recover the two 625zz bearings 10 M3 screws, preferably with a minimum length of 10mm, conical or flat or standard 1 M5 screw in 35mm or 30/40mm length works fine 1 M5 washer 2 M4x10 screws for fixing to the 2020 profile 2 M4 T-nuts I reused my original tube from my Longer 3D LK4 Pro to integrate the system with the bearing inside and have something that's not too massive or airy. I added a slight angle of 0.5mm to account for the bobine staying close to the arm and compensating for the very slight deformation of the part once the spool is in place. Printing was done with support, preferably for the thickest support I set a fill density of 40% with layers of 0.16mm and a primary layer of 0.20mm Temperature at 208 degrees and 60 degrees for the bed Printing speed at 60mm/s and outer layer at 40mm/s Travel speed at 120mm/s Retraction at 5mm and 45mm/s with Z-axis offset at retraction of 0.8mm
