Supersize Wheel adaptor for Switch Joy-Con Wheel

Mario Kart is an absolute blast, but let's face it - the Joy-Con wheel is seriously underwhelming for anyone with even moderately sized hands! I mean, my friends and I have to strain just to hold onto that tiny thing while we're racing. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a custom adapter to make our Switch gaming experience way more enjoyable. I designed the adapter using CAD software and printed it out with my trusty Ender-3 printer. Since I wanted something sturdy, I chose PLA as the material of choice. The printing settings were as follows: layer height - 0.25mm, initial layer height - 0.15mm, infill percentage - 100%, infill pattern - line, printing temperature - 210 degrees Celsius, build plate temperature - 70 degrees Celsius, flow - 100%, retraction distance - 3mm, retraction speed - 10mm/s, print speed - 60mm/s, travel speed - 150mm/s, initial layer print speed - 25mm/s, and initial layer travel speed - 30mm/s. The adapter comes in three parts: the top ring, the bottom plate, and the button wing. You'll need to superglue the button wing onto the bottom plate before assembling everything. I've uploaded the STL files for each part so you can print your own custom adapter: oversize_wheel_a.STL - Top, oversize_wheel_b.STL - Bottom, and oversize_wheel_c.STL - Bottom Button Wing. With the right setup, this adapter is going to take your Mario Kart experience to the next level! It's a fun project that you and your kids can work on together - just remember to follow proper safety protocols when handling hot printers and sharp objects.
