SuperPID Custom Speed Control Box

This custom housing assembly is designed for a SuperPID router speed controller, ideal for CNC routers or mills. The box's mounting to the router, likely on the gantry, remains to be determined. Solidworks routing add-in was used for wiring. Routing points are integrated into each component of the part and sub-assembly. This model includes components from various GrabCAD contributors: By Others: Potmeter by Peter Mulkers - Potmeter Toggle Switch by Ya Plumber - Toggle Switch IEC Connector by Alastair Crompton - IEC Connector And models created by me: SuperPID v2.0 Closed-loop Router Speed Controller Hi-Box Electronics Box - EL-AG-1318-B Snap-in NEMA 5-15 A/C Receptacle Heat sink and potentiometer knob models, though not uploaded on GrabCad, are part of this assembly (outside this assembly). Vendor-sourced parts include PG7/PG13.5 cable glands, hex standoffs, terminal fittings, and fasteners/nuts/washers from Solidworks Toolbox. The toggle switch was modified from single to double pole, with all imported models customized for this project. Materials and appearances were handled by me.
