This is a case for a SuperPID closed-loop router speed controller. More information on the SuperPID may be found here: http://www.vhipe.com/product-private/SuperPID-Home.htm

You will need more components to complete the build. This is what I used:

Round SPDT Rocker Switch: https://amzn.to/2KZKYqe

PG13.5 Cable Gland: https://amzn.to/2uc3eWd

M4 Brass Knurled Threaded Insert Embedment Nuts: https://amzn.to/2MTZsIO

Aluminium Heat Sink 100x25x10mm: https://amzn.to/2MWntil

DC Power Plug Connector Socket 5.5mm x 2.1mm: https://amzn.to/2lYJce9

5V 2A Power Supply Adapter: https://amzn.to/2KP8ZU7

IEC Standard C-14 Inlet Connector: http://tinyurl.com/ydzcwxfp

AC Outlet NEMA 5-15R: http://tinyurl.com/y73f989x

As a bonus, there are two holes in the back of the case that allow you to mount it to standard 1" aluminum t-slot extrusion.

This is based on an excellent CAD design by Matthew Bryant that I found here: https://grabcad.com/library/superpid-custom-speed-control-box-1

Note that this is provided for entertainment purposes only and any harm you receive from messing around with mains electricity is your own fault.
Category: DIY
