Supernatural Angel Blade
thingiverse
I have completely reimagined the Angel blade from scratch to perfectly capture its screen-accurate design. Check out [thing:3463230](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3463230) to see my revamped creation. The original version required extensive sanding on the handle due to limited model fragments, but this new version starts with a completely remade handle for a much smoother finish and reduced cleanup afterwards. Unlike the original design, which featured snap-fit connectors, I have opted for a solid object that requires cutting into fewer pieces, but needs gluing instead. I have reused the blade from the original model with minor tweaks and joined it seamlessly. I have included both the complete item and the blade cut in two, allowing you to print on your CR-10 Mini or other printers with ease. Print settings can be adjusted based on your printer's capabilities and desired quality. For optimal results, I recommend using suitable infill and perimeter settings depending on how you plan to use the finished piece. If you want a model that requires minimal assembly, try 15-20% infill and 3 perimeters. My own prints featured: * The handle printed with 0% infill and 2 perimeters. * The blade printed with 10% infill and 2 perimeters for the hilt, then shifted to 0% infill and 7 perimeters for the first 5mm of the blade before reverting back to 2 perimeters for the rest. This unusual combination ensures strong adhesion between the hilt and the blade. To give my prints added rigidity and weight, I filled both with a type of plaster called Herculite by melting small holes through their bases.
