<p>Since my daughter loves the Supermario characters and table soccer, I started to design a DIY soccer table with the Nintendo characters as a christmas gift. I designed the bearings in a way, that they can be easily dismantled without any tools. Without the 8 rods the table can be transported much easier &nbsp;… &nbsp;even by car!</p><p>On the backside of the table there is also a billard table. But this is not yet completely finished.</p><p>It took quite some time to design, print and built, but it turned out really nice and is a lot of fun to play!</p><p>The football field has the dimensions: 1200 x 680 mm.</p><p>The table ist made from 3 layers of plywood. 2x 22mm and 1x 3mm</p><p>The borders are made from 15mm plywood.</p><p>The rods are aluminium hoses 16x1.5mm – 1000mm long.</p><p>I wanted the table to be more compact. So I used rods that are only 1000mm long. Therefore I changed the line-up of the players from 3-5-2-1 to a 3-4-3-1 arrangement.&nbsp;</p><p>All plastic parts are 3D printed.</p><p>Bearings and handles are printed with PETG Galaxy Black</p><p>Figures are printed in PLA (Oh my Gold, Royal Blue). I printed the heads separately to avoid support material (wherever possible) and glued them to the bodies with super glue. The figures are attached to the rods using M4 screws.</p><p>The handles are also printed with PETG Galaxy Black and bolted to the rods using M3 screws.</p><p>To elevate the edges of the table, I printed parts from PLA and glued them between the two top plywood layers (22mm and 3mm) of the table. This works really nice!</p><p>The bumpers are printed with TPU Extrudr Flex Semisoft 85A. This works also quite well.</p><p>I also printed some gauges for the router to manufacture all the wooden parts. If there is interest, I can upload some drawings of the parts.</p><p>Have fun!</p>
