Human: No Mustache Superman Sculpture Based on Henry Cavill's Iconic Look. Sorry, I Left Out the Moustache ;)\r\n\r\nAs a devoted comic book fan, I wanted to create a stunning Superman statue that truly captured the essence of the Man of Steel. And remember, if you want something done right, take matters into your own hands! The model was sculpted using Mudbox and 3DS Max, and overall, I'm thrilled with the result - except for one minor quibble: the cape.\r\n\r\nI initially tried to sculpt it in Mudbox, but after a few attempts, I decided to opt for a Cloth simulation in 3DS Max instead. This approach produced a much more convincing cape, but unfortunately, it resulted in a very thin, non-printable design that required me to thicken it. While this made the interior look less than ideal, the exterior still turned out nicely;)\r\n\r\nI've uploaded multiple versions of the model for your convenience, allowing you to choose which one suits your printing needs best.\r\n1. Split Model: Rotate the parts to lay flat on the print surface and print with support. This version features a hole on the back where you can insert a rod for added stability.\r\n2. Full Model without Stand: Also featuring a hole on the back, this option is perfect for those who want to display Superman without any additional accessories.\r\n3. Full Model with Stand: The left foot of this model has a small connection to the stand, giving it a floating appearance that's sure to impress.\r\n\r\nWhile I've only printed the Split Model so far, I highly recommend using a reliable and large printer for the full model, as it eliminates the need for seams when gluing the parts together.\r\n\r\nThe statue stands at approximately 20 cm in height without the stand. Feel free to scale it down to your liking - just be sure to test the results first.
