I'm designing a Superman logo for use on my Universal Chest Ring. I've uploaded the housing for the logo to Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1105116. Here are the print settings I used: Printer Brand is LulzBot and the specific printer model is TAZ 5. I didn't use any rafts or supports in my print job. The resolution was set between .1 and .2 millimeters, and I chose an infill percentage of 30-50%.
