superlight microquad frame for 7mm motors
thingiverse
This quadcopter frame supports motors as small as 7mm and integrates directly with the Hubsan H107(C,D,L) flight controller. Its remarkably light weight, coming in under 4g, allows you to craft a lightweight built-in Quad using just 500mah batteries and Ladybird-style propellers. The combined total weight of this compact unit is roughly 33g. In my own setup I've used a push-motor configuration - so it was essential to find some reliable way to hold the flight controller firmly in place. That's exactly what electrical tape does for me, allowing me to secure that all-important piece of electronics solidly. There is also an updated model of this design that's been created for general use - and you can easily download the modified source file. It includes revised motor mounting positions along with newly added rounded edges.
