Children's IV Bags Get a Superhero Makeover, Promising to Help Kids Feel Strong Like Batman. Imagine taking medication that makes you feel as powerful as the Caped Crusader. That's the idea behind these custom-made intravenous bags designed specifically for kids. The bag itself is quite large, measuring 34cm x 20cm, and consists of two separate parts that can be easily connected using screws or glue. The design was inspired by a clever marketing campaign in Brazil that used a similar approach to make chemotherapy more appealing to children. The concept is simple: give kids the idea that their treatment is a special formula that will give them superpowers. For inspiration, I turned to Thingiverse, where I found an open-source design for the Batman shield. It's a great example of how 3D printing can be used to create custom items like this. In terms of development, there are two distinct phases: Fase1 and Fase2. Fase1 involves creating a larger box, while Fase2 focuses on refining the design to make it thinner and more suitable for kids.
