SuperFly Extruder Remix (The Final Cut)

***This is a Remix, of a Remix, of a Remix, and now with more awesomeness ;)*** This is an amazing little extruder. Very lite weight, and can handle high speeds well above 200mms without skipping. I have modified the issues that I saw while printing at 200mms +, but I also saw the same issues as low as 100mms. Pin walking! The issues I faced were the pins in the tensioner (both) would walk out from the loose tolerances with Sychan remix. I put a cap on top of the main housing with a pin hole in case you need to remove it (it's loose enough to where you can just smack the housing and it will come out) I also capped the the back of the tensioner so the pin would stop walking out and hitting the gear, and push out so far the tensioner gear would be useless and not move filament (found this out the hard way when my prints started to look like trash under extruding) I have also tightened the filament feed hole so you can just push a small piece of PTFE tube in as a guide instead of having to use a pressure fitting. I have also made a filament feed knob (30mm) long so you no longer have to feed filament with your finger on the stepper gear. I used a $15 BMG clone form amazon and everything fits perfectly, I had to use the 1mm extended carrier barring. Your BMG might differ so just print both carriers to see what works best for you. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- compact and lightweight short filament path balanced center of gravity easy to source hardware support both NEMA 17 and round NEMA 14 motors easy to print ----------------------------------------------------------------------- mustcode designed an amazing little extruder and everyone's remixes has helped make it perfection along the way.
