Yet another cooling assembly for Ender 3. It probably also works for CR-10 and other Creality printers with standard hotend configurations. The part cooling "fang" utilizes superelliptic cross-sections, ensuring maximum airflow efficiency while showcasing mathematical beauty. The modular design draws inspiration from the original creation by ozfunghi, preserving most screw locations and key elements to facilitate seamless integration with modules from other remixes. To maximize air circulation through the hotend cooler, a duct is employed that fits snugly around 40x40 mm fans, including the ultra-quiet Noctua 40x40x20 model. This design forces as much air as possible to pass directly through the cooler, minimizing resistance and maximizing efficiency. The part cooling fang features a smooth surface, designed to allow air to flow with minimal obstruction. The fang comes in four distinct versions: one for the original 40x40x10 radial blower, two optimized designs for the 5015 radial blower, and a specialized version for an axial 40x40 fan. When utilizing a 5015 blower, it is highly recommended to use the new reversed design for optimal performance.
