Supercub Float Rudder Bracket

We designed a bracket to utilize the Apprentice Float rudder on the floats of the super cub. The Apprentice Float Rudder is available at Horizon Hobby, while the Super Cub Float Set can be found on their website as well. These floats are utilized for the Mini Apprentice, the Carbon Cub S+, the Clipped Wing Cub, and the Super Cub. The bracket installs by placing the upper shelf on top of the foam and embedding the other two in the foam. To complete this modification to your floats, you will need the Apprentice Float Rudder, a servo lead extension, a sub-micro servo of your choice, a servo extension to link with your rudder channel, and a piece of pushrod. Install the servo 4 inches from the back of the float, leaving enough space for another item we created specifically for these floats - a different mounting bracket that provides greater attachment into the foam float.
