I needed a custom enclosure for my supercap board, which features holes in the front for wire exit points and screw holes along the sides to secure the top and bottom sections together. Additionally, there are specialized holes at the corners designed to accommodate tie-wraps used to fasten the case to a frame - perfect for a car or motorcycle setup. After printing the design, I was pleased to find that it provided an exact fit for my board. Update: Following the assembly of my supercap module and nearly a week of use in cold temperatures (35F to 40F), I've observed significant improvements in my Honda VT750 Shadow Spirit motorcycle's performance. The lights now shine brightly, and the engine starts up quickly without any clicking sounds - a stark contrast to its previous behavior. Meanwhile, the pack remains remarkably cool, even during extended periods of use. To achieve this, I'm employing wire from an old power cord with copper thicknesses of approximately 1mm and overall diameters of around 3mm, which exhibits minimal heat buildup despite being shielded. I've positioned the enclosure within my saddle bags, where it's easily accessible for monitoring. Using a voltage meter from Harbor Freight, I've recorded readings of about 12.2v when the motor is turned off and approximately 14.5v when in operation.
